Installment billing ran on a stack of manually updated spreadsheets, with reminders typed one by one through a personal WhatsApp account — often late, sometimes never delivered. There was no easy way to track payment status without scrolling through hundreds of rows of data. Warning letters were drafted in Word and sent via email with no record of when they were delivered or acknowledged. Management reports were assembled by hand, pulling numbers from multiple files — time that could have been spent elsewhere.
Design & development
BayarTepat replaces every manual collection workflow in a single platform. A real-time dashboard tracks all installments across buyers and projects — from upcoming to overdue — with automatic penalty calculation, partial payment logging, and a 14-day forward view so your team is always prepared. WhatsApp reminders are sent automatically at D−3, D−1, D, D+1, and D+3, with up to three retries on failed delivery. When reminders aren't enough, the platform escalates through four warning levels — from internal alerts to formal legal correspondence — with document attachments and a full audit trail at every step. Designed for 5 user roles, each with its own access policy.
